| With China’s accession to the WTO,the degree of openness of the soybean supply market has gradually increased,providing great support to meet the increasing demand for soybean oil supply,China’s soybean oil production capacity has been rapidly enhanced and expanded,which has played an important role in promoting the development of related industries.At the same time,the soybean oil and grease processing industry has also revealed a strong dependence on imports,the concentration of import sources,domestic production capacity than the world’s advanced level is not developed and other security issues.Especially in recent years,trade friction intensified,the new crown pneumonia epidemic superimposed on all kinds of black swan events led to serious damage to the security of the agricultural supply chain.For these reasons,the issue of independent control of China’s soybean oil and grease processing industry has always been a key concern of the Party and the State,and an important support to ensure that people live in peace and happiness.There are few studies on autonomous control in the existing literature,and most of the experts and scholars focus on the core technology and information security,and few studies focus on the soybean oil and grease processing industry,and the research method is mainly qualitative,which is not in line with the requirement of building an autonomous,controllable,safe and reliable industrial chain supply chain proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.This paper obtains industry data on the soybean oil and fat processing industry through enterprise visits,expert interviews,and questionnaire research,introduces autonomous controllability to the soybean oil and fat processing industry from a supply chain perspective,and clarifies the connotation and characteristics of autonomous controllability with industry characteristics.Through descriptive statistics,we analyzed the factors affecting the autonomy of the soybean oil and fat processing industry from the perspective of supply chain,used the research data,combined with the characteristics of structural equation modeling,and carried out empirical analysis on the relationship between the influencing factors,and obtained an index system for evaluating the autonomy of the soybean oil and fat processing industry,which consists of four primary variables and 14 secondary variables.Finally,the index system was applied to evaluate the independent controllability by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combining the research data of experts and scholars and front-line practitioners in soybean oil and fat processing industry.At present,China’s soybean oil and fat processing industry independent controllability score of 67.2248,from the data,the factors that limit the independent controllability in order of influence are soybean raw material supply chain stability,soybean oil processing chain dominance,soybean procurement and distribution chain control,oil products sales chain competitiveness.It indicates that there is still some room for improvement in the independent controllability of China’s soybean oil and fat processing industry.Although the industry has made certain achievements after decades of development,it still needs to further enhance the independent controllability of the industry to achieve sustainable,healthy and balanced development and inject new vitality into the development of the national economy.This thesis introduces the concept of autonomous control to the soybean oil and grease processing industry for the first time,combining actual research data and starting from the links of the supply chain to propose the connotation and characteristics of autonomous control in the soybean oil and grease processing industry.Based on this research,an autonomous control evaluation index system with industry characteristics is established to scientifically measure the autonomous control capability of China’s soybean oil and fat processing industry.On the one hand,it explores the influence mechanism of various influencing factors on the autonomy and controllability of soybean oil and fat processing industry in the supply chain perspective,and expands the theoretical research results in related fields.On the other hand,it has an important application value for promoting the healthy development of soybean oil and fat processing industry and helping China’s food security strategy. |
