Accompanied by the continually rising of material, management and labor cost. Many manufacturing companies aren’t in good condition any more. Particularly since the economic crisis in2008, the manufacturing industry gets more difficult which is originally in depression. In this case, if the enterprise still wants to survive, it will be very important and necessary to improve the internal management level, change production mode to increase enterprise competitive forces and profit. Lean Production is just the effective production mode that can strengthen enterprise competitive forces. Lean Production is to improve continually and eliminate waste of all the processes, and realize flows of information and materials, then reduce costs and shorten the production cycle time, improve efficiency and the quality.Though Lean Production, we can reduce the cost and increase the profit. Through the investigation of company A, we learned the problems of jumbled enterprise management, high rejection rate, low OTD rate, which are caused by varieties of products, unbalanced demand, the management level of manager haven’t been improved in time with the company dilatation. It makes the business of company A meet unprecedented pressure. How to solve the problems of company A? We decide to promote Lean Production system after we study the overall operation process of company A. In order to solve the biggest obsession-low OTD rate, we use JIT production system.we should create corporation process and management system, The process is for that we can find out the source for every action when operating, and can cooperate step by step.we must confirm the production standard and based work, such as SOP, ST, standard production ability and so on. Through establishing the relevant standards, we can set the takt time as per customer’s requirement. Then we can use Kanban Board to realize pull during the production process. Finally the problem of low OTD rate is solved. The article still introduces the Production Process improve of LP in company A. I have ever instructed the company. The article is the summary of the implementing process for Lean Production. In order to let reader understand easily, I referred to some literature about Lean Production and production operation.
