Research On Control Method Of Production Planning In Discrete Manufacturing ATO Mode

This dissertation studies the production planning control strategy of Discrete Manufacturing ATO(Assemble-To-Order)model,and establishes a production planning control strategy model that adapts to customer demand changes and aims at optimal control.The BOM(Bill of Material)is given.Replacement parts are available for production planning control strategy models.Based on the established model,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the management and control methods applicable to the ATO model production plan of discrete manufacturing enterprises are analyzed and designed.main tasks as follows:Firstly,it introduces the development process of manufacturing informationization,the research status of ATO and domestic and foreign countries,and summarizes the scope and methods of ATO system research,and the research directions and problems that are not covered by existing literature.Secondly,according to the actual production and operation situation of the enterprise,the status quo and characteristics of production control of ATO system are analyzed.The mathematical algorithms of ATO system control strategy and ATO system control strategy are expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of ATO system,the model of production control strategy of ATO system with multi-component and multi-product is proposed.It is proposed that the component can replace the strategy model of saleable time,and the production plan control is given by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of optimal control strategy and heuristic strategy.The recommendations of the strategy are analyzed and compared by the examples,and the conclusions are drawn.Finally,according to the actual production characteristics of the enterprise,the production planning management process of an ATO enterprise is expounded,the functional requirements of the enterprise planning management and control system are analyzed,and the system architecture and functional structure of the system are designed.The production planning control system for the ATO enterprise was designed and developed,and the actual operation verified the feasibility of the system and the effectiveness of the factory production management.
