Today’s global market is increasingly competitive, the business environment hasundergone profound changes, the center of gravity of the production strategy from thetraditional internal transfers to the outside enterprise, production should meet thedemands of market requirements. Between the same industries, cross-industrycompetition becomes more and more intense, mainly appears in the short productioncycle, diversification of market demand, big market, big competition. Characterizedby global competition, demand-driven and respond quickly to market opportunitiesallow companies to continue to pursue the efficient operation. Respond to demand ofhigh-speed changes in labor consumption reduce material consumption and increaseprofit source and save living increase."The second source of profit" could help to getsmaller and smaller profit margins, modern logistics is achieved by improvingoperational efficiency, reducing costs, maximizing the speed of response to customer. The demand for enterprises to create profits becomes the third profit source. Manybusinesses regard logistics as a competitive strategy an important part in futureplanning, and some even constitute distribution capacity normalized for the enterprisecore competencies.Based on this, the direction of the research is conducted on the basis of analysisof the logistics status quo:(1) The first analyzes is the application of GIS technology and logistics pathoptimization problem. Combining the theory and application of domestic and foreign,Research, and by induction of the original theory, it is designed under the premise ofthe proposal to examine the contents of the technical route.(2) Content and classification of the logistics and distribution of shortest pathsproblem and a detailed analysis of the calculation method are exerted to solve thelogistics of the shortest path problem, and by comparing the characteristics andapplicability of various algorithms, a genetic algorithm is decided to help to calculatethe logistics of the shortest paths. The particular food company has given theexample of genetic algorithm for solving the shortest path problem and steps.Establish the shortest path problem model and the distance matrix from Changchun City sales between nodes, the Matlab language is exerted to achieve the shortest pathin the application of genetic algorithm programming, logistics and distributionprocess of the output results.(3) Forecast the demand for food logistics. Connotation in the statement oflogistics demand forecasting, predict the purpose of food logistics demand, and in twokinds of quantitative and qualitative flow forecasting method based on the identifiedseveral major factors that affect food logistics demand: consumption capacity, consumption time, sudden weather changes and competitor sales. Statistical analysisof sales of the previous stage to calculate the impact factor of the point of sale productsales, and the next phase of a product sales forecast, thereby enabling policy makersto develop more accurate logistics and distribution program to reduce the secondarylogistics costs, and bring greater benefits for the enterprise.(4) Through the instance validation and analysis on the basis of the actualapplication development, having proposed the implementation of logistics anddistribution processes. First, the basic function of enterprise logistics and distributionsystem should have analyzed. Process General Plan design and database design, enterprise logistics system allows the company’s overall information and vendorinformation can be managed in unison. Final application development environment, the Internet of things applications with technical support from the enterprise logisticsintegrated development of the system. As an advanced logistics, modern logistics is developing in the direction ofdistribution toward automation, information technology, and networking. The rapiddevelopment of integrated program to optimize the model and the Internet of thingsapplications by presenting the logistics path, order forecast, sales and unified datawarehouse management of the delivery vehicle, the shortest path analysis offunctional modules, the visualization of the results of the logistics decision-making,improve the ability to predict efficiently and quickly to make judgments. Lay thefoundation for the future Internet of things in the logistics of food companies.
