GermanyVolkswagen and General Motors both make use of advanced logistics system tomaintain their core competitiveness, so researching the optimization of auto partslogistics is very important to the development of automobile industry in our country.Nowadays, our country’s large scale auto parts manufacturing enterprises areexploring lean production, but the effect is not obvious because of lacking ofsystematic theory. According to the background above, this paper will research theimplementation of auto parts manufacturing enterprises’lean production.The first chapter expatiated on the research background,title background,thedomestic and foreign research situations in this domains, research importance andmethods.The second chapter started with the basic concepts, analised theintension,characteristics of production logistics and lean production logistics.The third chapter expatiated on the situation of the traditional productionlogistics in FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Company,and pointed out its potentialproblems and the barriers encounted when implement the logistics system 0ptimization.The forth chapter mainly rely on field visits Changchun FAW-VolkswagenAutomobile Company.According to the survey，the company explained at the spotand watched the method，apply the theory to the practice，it is not so difficult tounderstand even more real of the car production-oriented companies of the particularoperation of logistics business.
