After the years of the rapid development of the auto industry, continuing developing of the auto manufacturer will be guaranteed only with the winning in after-sales service market. Especially for good brand car manufacturers and their4S stores, it is more important to do better after-sales service. The supply of auto parts as the basis of after-sales service is the core resource of the entire network. How to meet the certain needs of customers and try to reduce the cost of auto parts logistics has become the key to winning the aftermarket. This makes it become an important issue to reduce the auto aftermarket parts logistics cost and improve the supply capacity and level of auto parts.Based on this background, brand4S stores and the manufacturer’s distribution center are taken as the main study objects in this paper. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the characteristics of brand4S stores and the distribution center in the auto after-sales parts management, an interactive optimization system suiting for the features of brand4S stores and the distribution center is built. This system is an effective system to optimize brand auto4S stores’parts distribution planning. According to practical situation, a system framework based on the classification of brand auto4S stores is also built in order to achieve the better optimization of the auto4S stores’parts planning. Under this system framework, the parts distribution planning is divided into two stages. The first stage is to optimize the normal distribution and build its optimization model. The second stage is to optimize the special distribution at which we build its strategy model first and then build its distribution plan model. The solving method is designed and a case analysis is given which proves that the parts distribution planning of brand auto4S stores is optimized. At last, the computer function framework of parts planning system is studied. This parts system utilizes modern information and network technologies to improve brand auto4S stores’parts planning rapidly and reasonably, and to achieve the goal that we maximize the level of the supply of auto aftermarket parts and service at lower cost.
