Car market demand is relatively slowed down since2011, into a solid growth period, theautomotive industry competition intensified, even to the white-hot stage. Determine profits inthe cost of the automobile industry, who cost control is good, will come to a dominantposition in the competition, so to reduce the cost of spare parts inventory occupied car theenterprise inventory costs half of the major automobile plant first put on the agenda.A company is a joint venture subsidiary of the auto companies, Guangzhou, Xiangyang,Zhengzhou, Wuhan and OEMs to provide HR total of33sub-categories into three broadcategories of MR, VQ engine, the2011production of800,000engines2012annual productionis expected to reach100million units, divided into its parts imported parts and domestic parts.The current daily consumption of domestically produced parts up to500kinds of,the amountof daily consumption of more than20million. Although the company is NPW (Nissanproduction methods), but due to fluctuations in production planning large change andmanagement outsourcing, logistics and transportation risks and other factors, the companymade parts management encountered a series of problems as follows,inventory setunreasonable, resulting in part the inventory is too high; the orders released over a single,does not meet the actual demand; inventory management did not consider the supply capacityof the suppliers and supplier risks; optional use ratio is not fixed, demand fluctuations,resulting in inventory is too high or too low; warehouse space is limited; logistics pickupprocess risk; wearing parts are not included in the day-to-day inventory management.In response to these problems, the paper A company made parts ordering, logistics andanalysis of research in the inventory situation will be installed and the optional twocategories of parts inventory control method proposed improvement measures. Forasynchronous components supplier must be installed and synchronized supply in two ways:For asynchronous delivery, consider the risk of supplier delivery, logistics pickup processrisks, the vulnerability of the workpiece risk based on deterministic demand reorder pointinventory control model; for synchronized delivery methods, the use of JIT approach tomanagement. For optional parts, according to the proportion of each group use of the optionalcomponents generally obey normal distribution characteristics, proposed the correspondinginventory management improvement measures, and the establishment of the demanduncertainty reorder point model. Finally, to achieve both improve service levels, reduce partsinventory purposes.
