The Enterprise Crisis Information Management Research Based On The Core Competence

Along with the rapid development of information technology and network technology as well as the unceasing advancement of the globalization of the world economy and the internationalization of competitive environment, the uncertain factors constantly increase in the internal and external environment of enterprise, so enterprise’s crisis of the various forms often appears. To prevent effectively and resolve a variety of enterprise crisis has already become the hot spots, keys and difficulty problems of reasearch concerned by the academia, enterprise and government departments. As is known to all, the enterprise crisis management involves a series of information behaviour and activities.At the same time, the crisis information management plays a pivotal role in the process of crisis prevention and resolution,which can make the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage in a certain extent. Presently, with the deepening theoretical studies of enterprise crisis management and the common use of crisis management practice, although the research of theory and practice about enterprise crisis management has made some achievements, it is in the primary stage, and researching the issues of crisis information management from many perspectives for the sake of enhancing crisis management capability will turn into the key to prevent and defuse the crisis. However, the studies of enterprise crisis information management from the perspective of the core competence is rare, besides there is the interoperable correlation between the core competence and crisis information management. In other words, the core competence can contribute to the development of enterprise crisis information management and the crisis information management is able to promote the cultivation and enhancement of the enterprise core competence. In view of this, this article from the angles of the core competence is to study the issues of enterprise crisis information management.The main content of this paper can be divided into six parts:In the first part,the paper introduces the research background and the significance of the topic, research status, as well as the research framework of the thesis, research methods and innovation points;In the second part, the paper mainly gives a reference to the present situations and results of the research about the crisis,crisis management,crisis information management,core competence and the related theories, and discusses the relationship between the core competence and the enterprise crisis information management;In the third part, the paper based on discussing the relationship between the core competence and the enterprise crisis information management analyzes the existing problems on the course of enterprise crisis information management in the competitive situation and does the specific interpretation for them;In the forth part, the paper puts forward to the strategy system based on the core competence by the concrete analysis of the existing problems in the process of enterprise crisis information management;In the fifth part, the paper selects the classical case analysis, from which we can obtain the experience of enlightenment, strengthening the level of enterprise crisis information management in order to make appropriate reference improve the enterprise core competence;In the sixth part, the paper summarizes the contents of the full text and determines the future research directions.
