Research On Building The Core Competence Of Shipping Enterprise Based On Virtue Management Pattern

Virtue enterprise is an kind of dynamic union, the leaguer enterprise change to fight shoulder to shoulder from singer fight. They add their own core competence into the union. Virtue enterprise members mutually complement with each other on aspects of production, geography, function, as so on, thus the core competence and competitive advantage are greatly enhanced by we own flexibility and celerity.Facing increasingly fierce market competition, how to strengthen shipping company core competence and obtain long-tern stable competitive advantages has become important issue which needs to study and solve urgent.
