In the current age of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the most important and basic factor of various factors of production. The focuses of competition in the market are in the process of transforming from the capital, technology and other traditional factors to human resources. Only Continued to strengthen investment in human resources to improve staff training&development and enhance staff skills and qualities, enterprises can realize its sustainable development, andleadan invincible position in the competitive market.Liming Heavy Industry, who has committed to be a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of crushing, screening, grinding and recycling equipment with3-5years, should strengthen the training of modern enterprise management, process construction, marketing, etc., enhance staff skills and values.According to the survey, the training system of Liming Heavy Industry has got some problems, the poorer management, the lack of courses and internal trainers, the conservative training policies, and so on. It is unsystematic and not scientific, leading to unsatisfying results. Under the present situation, it is necessary and urgent to optimize the employee training system of Liming.The optimization design of Liming’s training should give a fully consideration of training needs, either from the strategy needs or the employees’. It should also obey the principles of strategic, systematic, practical, various, the artistic application of incentives and constraints. From the training management system, training courses system, implements system, we put on a series of optimization measures, such as increase training personnel, define the training responsibility, set up departments’ learning officer, improve the training management system, develop curriculum system, increase internal trainers’training, establish training-need-evaluation system, and etc.,especially strengthen the training’s incentive system. We also establish a corresponding risk prevention system, such as the effectiveness of training return, the trainees’selection, etc. Through the re-optimization, Liming Heavy Industry’s training system is more scientific, systematic, and effective, and it could truly present a platform of staff development. This paper has a significant practical guiding function, as well as the other enterprises. It may also contribute to the training theory research from the practical view.
