In recent years, although the national food safety regulation has been introduced in a series of laws rules regulations, but it is still frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, which fully reflects the current food safety supervision, there are still many problems, such as food safety standards lag, inspection level is not high, the market entry threshold is low, the low cost of corporate law, corporate credit system lags behind other defects.
