With the Ministry of Commerce ten thousands-villages-project implements in 2005 and the top-one file the State Council of The central committee of the CCP’s some suggestions about promoting Socialism new rural construction published in 2006, China rural construction come into high way, the developing of rural shows a new face, the commercial style of chain supermarkets are walking from large city to village, have become the importance part of rural economic, which are changing the life style of country。Improving the human resources management’s level of rural chain supermarkets has becoming the demand of corporation self-developing, which is also necessity for corporations adapting social economic developing。This article mainly research the rural chain supermarkets in Yunnan province。Combining theory analysis and practice analysis, we discuss internal and external environment、advantage and constraint factors which usually exist in human resources management of rural chain supermarkets。Furthermore.using the theory and experience of research at home and abroad, we suggest some advice about how to improve the human resources management’s level of rural chain supermarkets in Yunnan province, We hope the suggestions can promote the health developing of Yunnan rural chain supermarkets。The article can be divided into seven parts. PartⅠis introduction, mainly analyze topic background, meaning of study, situations of research at home and abroad and the main viewpoint and the study method in this article。PartⅡwe do some pre-theory work, introduce the definition、developing history and correspondence theory of human resources management。In Part 3, we introduce the definition、management pattern、developing history of rural chain supermarkets。In Part 4, we analyze the advantage and disadvantage factors about human resources management of Yunnan rural chain supermarkets。We analyze Yunnan rural chain supermarkets’ situation and existing problems in human resources management in Part 5。Part 6 is Case Study, we take the Nan-Hua commercial Department Store, Ltd as example, deeply analyze the problems and advantages in human resources management of Yunnan rural chain supermarkets。The last part we proposed countermeasure to improve the human resources management’s level of rural chain supermarkets in Yunnan province from the view of consciousness、humanistic management and system construction of human resources management, conclusion about this article also in this part。...
