A Improvement Research On Management Team In Changsha Revenue Audit Centre Of Guangzhou Railway Group

Since the 20th century 80-90 ages,The team practices in the United States and other Western countries has emerged gradually,and has brought the organization achievements large scale enhancement. With the rapid development of global technology and increasingly competitive market environment, teamwork has become more and more important and even has been the main part and means for enterprise survival. At present, railway construction in china goes into booming, which needs large amounts of money. The income of railway transportation is the main financial resource for railway enterprise’s survival and development. Creating a high efficient Transportation Revenue Management Team is particularly important for the rapid growth of transportation revenues, which is the issue that revenue management departments at all levels in Railway enterprise are most concerned about.By investigating and analyzing the situation of Changsha Revenue Audit Centre of Guangzhou Railway Group (CRAC), we proposed some programs to improve the teamwork for CRAC, based on the theory and method of building a high-performance team.This paper is divided into four parts. At first, we introduce the basic theory of team management, the development of the team management theory and the background of the research. These provide theoretical foundation for our research. Secondly, we describe the situation of CRAC, and analyze the main factors that course problems , such as, organization contracture, employee communication, motivation, training and development. On this basis, we design a program to improve the management of CRAC and put it into practice by applying the theory and method of creating a high performance team. Finally, some problems that maybe appear in the process of team management improvement are discussed and some solutions are given in the paper.The results of this paper will provide the actual operational plan for the development of the team management of CRAC, And it will help to improve management of Railway revenue department of Other Railway bureaus also.
