In recent years, especially after the broke out of economic crisis in2008, with the unhealthy global economy and fiercer of the market competition, more and more firms began to go to decline or even bankrupt. Firm’s sustainable development is the basis of the country’s economic steady, so how to realize firm’s sustainable development has become not only an important problem that business and theory circles cares, but also an urgent and difficult problem to be solved by theory and business circles.Now, many scholars have studied how to realize finn’s sustainable development from different angels, but this made the current research become fragmented which is hard to be systematic, which can not give efficient guide for firm’s decision makers. Nowadays, firms are facing complex and changing external environment, which made the dynamic capability become the key for firm’s sustainable development. On the basis, the dynamic capability is the renewable process of organization memory system, which includes organization learning and organization unlearning. In other words, firm’s sustainable development cannot leave organization learning and unlearning. There are many studies on organization learning, but few studies on organization unlearning, only the few studies on organization unlearning mainly from theoretical method, so it is very lack of empirical study on organization unlearning. Thus, we use empirical study to study firm’s sustainable development in the angle of organization unlearning. Meanwhile, we introduce organization learning and organization inertia to explore the internal influence mechanism of organization unlearning to firm’s sustainable development.First, based on reading quantities of relevant literatures of firm’s sustainable development and organization unlearning, we reviewed the current research and provided theoretical support for this paper. Second, based on the current research, we proposed hypothesizes and build our theoretical model, and established the relationship of each variable. Finally, we tested hypothesizes use empirical study. The results show that organization unlearning is good for organization learning; organization learning is good for firm’s sustainable development; organization unlearning is good for finns to get rid of organization inertia; organization inertia is bad for firm’s sustainable development.
