The wave of building learning organization has pervaded the whole world, and whether the academic society or the enterprises has paid lot of human and financial resources on the subject. Enterprises announced to build learning enterprises; city announced to build learning city; country announced to build learning country. And what's more, many enterprises have hired specialists or counseling firms to help them build learning organization. However, there is no an agreed method on how to evaluate the dynamic effect of learning organization-building quantatively.This thesis begins with the social economy origin of learning organization, and then introduces the development of learning organization to analyze the historical necessity and its theory basis. Thus the relationship between organization learning and learning organization becomes clear. According to the management experts' different positioning on organization competitive advantage, the thesis divides learning organization into three models: organization learning ability focused learning organization, learning organization in knowledge-view, core ability as strategic goal learning organization. As for the three models, it gives a detailed analysis respectively. It also builds systematic dynamics model to illustrate the relationship and function of key factors in recognitive process by analysis on the organization learning process.The author of this thesis has rich experience on learning organization building, because he was nominated to be in charge of the building of learning organization in Haier group since 1998. Therefore, with the specific work efforts and experience, the author integrates Haier's cases into theory of learning organization building to combined the reality and theory in a specific enterprise.
