The Research About Su Long Machinery Company Founding Learning Organization

Organization learning has increasingly become one of the hot topics in the field of theory and the corporate practice, it’s importance and superiority is more and more outstanding and becomes the key factor that determines a company’s competitive strength.On the other hand, in order to build a learning organization and enhance company’s competitiveness, we must implant the idea and theory of organization learning into the process of the building of learning organization. Learning organization is an organization that people can continue to break through the ceiling of their abilities, to create a good result, to cultivate a brand new, forward-looking way of thinking and visionary, to achieve a common vision, and continue to learn how to learn together.The paper that aims to develop some methods to build learning organization by quantitative and descriptive ways, is based on some previous theory about building learning organization, and Su Long Machinery Company is limited as the focus of research object. The paper gets the message of the present situation of the building of Su Long Machinery Company by condensed questionnaire, then analyzing the message by the method of AHP, finding the problem of the building of learning organization, and proposing the solution of building the learning organization of Su Long Machinery Company by combining the theory of building learning organization and the writer’s idea.In order to build the learning organization, the writer visit and study the Su Long Machinery Company, studying the current situation of the building of learning organization of this company and proposing the solution. The goal of this paper is to give some well advices to many companies in China which are facing similar problems according to Su Long Machinery Company research.
