With the increasing of the product development cost and the decreasing of product life cycle,it is uncertainty if relying on the revolution of technology.The key factor that decides the success or failure of the enterprise competition has changed from the technical and product breakthrough to the innovation of the business model.Business model innovation is the restructuring and optimization of the internal and external resources,and the enterprise creats value by the innovation of production and operation logic.Enterprises which go ahead with business model innovation can generate new business logic,it can reduce costs,it can improve services,it can be able to meet the changing needs of consumers.Facing with the uncertain market environment in the internet age and the user's tastes are always changing,the business model innovation is the necessary condition for the sustainable development of enterprises,but how should the enterprise realize the innovation of the business model?This paper discusses the process of the innovation of the practical business model from the perspective of the inherent limitations of enterprises and the introduction of external resources.The acquisition and utilization of resources in the era of network economy is the key to the innovation of business model.If enterprises can make good use of the external factors of innovation can reduce the risk of innovation,can improve innovation efficiency,can establish competitive advantage.Therefore,based on the perspective of open innovation,this study takes relationship learning as intervening variable,takes openness as moderator variable,builds the influence model between organization unlearning and business model innovation,based on the perspective of open innovation.And the paper puts forward the suggestions to promote the innovation of business model,which is a reference for managers.First of all,the paper teases the conceptions,the dimensions,and the correlational research of organization unlearning,relationship learning,openness and business model innovation.And on the basis of the existing theory and empirical research to build the relationship between the variables,the paper proposes the research hypothesis and theoretical model in this paper.Second,this paper investigates get the data in the finance,IT,electronic commerce and so on in the city whose network economy is relatively developed,like Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin.Thirdly,by using AMOS and SPSS analysis software,to make an empirical analysis of the 320 survey questionnaires,the research results indicate that: Organization unlearning has significantly positive influence on business model innovation;Relationship learning mediates the influence of organization unlearning on business model innovation;Openness moderates the influence of relationship learning on business model innovation;Openness moderates the effect of relationship learning.Finally,combining with the conclusion of this article,for the enterprise to carry on the business model innovation provides certain management advice,and points out the insufficient research of this paper and the deep research in the future.
