Researches On The Economic Effects Of Sichuan Provence’s Information Industry On Input-out Analysis

During Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Sichuan province ranks information industry to the first one of the future prioritized industry, which accounts for information industry’s important status in Sichuan province ’s national economy growth. The information industry has the ability to become a pillar industry and leading industry. The environment at home and abroad that include talents’structure engineering level, consumer market, system of traffic, government policy and natural resources attracts an increasing number of domestic and international industries to check in Sichuan province and build workshop and research centre. At the same time, information industry’s characteristic and powerful driving effect make the other national economy section accelerate adjustment and promotion of industrial structure. It is necessary to fathom and study the Sichuan province information industry.At the basis of the theory of the industry conjunction, the paper which applies the method of Input-Output analysis collects and clears up the data of information industry from Input-Output table on2005. By means of setting up information industry’s Sichuan Input-Output Model with38industries, the paper figures out the direct consumption coefficient, the direct distribution coefficient, the diffusion coefficient and the induct coefficient, analyses the dependency between information industry and the other industries, finds a few industries that has a strong correlation with information industry to develop at first. This way can make information industry have a better development and the national economy increase quickly.In the third chapter, according to the divide of information industry, I introduce the ISM Model. Then by means of association hierarchies and the results of chapter two, I structure the Base Table B. At the basis of Base Table B, I structure level1son model, level2son model, level3son model and level4son model. Then I can get a conclusion that all of the industry is correlative. At the same time, I get Multi-stage solid hierarchical structure of SiChuan’s industry structure.Then by bringing in the selection theory of leading industry, choosing five standards that can fit current situation of Sichuan, calculating six indicators and structuring PCA model, I calculate the top ten industries of SiChuan after the help of SPSS. Then the chapter four describes the process how to apply SPSS more carefully and exacter, in order to avoid the faults of expression and writing of former magazine and paper. By comparing with the ISM and PCA, I can make method better. According to the conclusion of Input-Output Model, ISM Model, PCA model, I give some advice how to improve the level of Input-Output of industry and the industry diffusion effects in SiChuan.
