Analysis Of The Correlation Between Production Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry In Henan Province Based On Input-output Method

From the 20 th 80's, the western countries have changed from the “industrial economy” to “service economy”, and the services has been account for a certain proportion, and especially the knowledge, information, technology-intensive producer services play an more important role in the economy, and become the most dynamic and fastest growing department in the most of cities. As the advanced elements, the producer services provide the low-cost intermediate products for the manufacturing, and improving manufacturing production efficiency, enhancing innovation, improving the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing, at the same time, that the development of manufacturing would stimulate the development and upgrade of producer services, both become more close increasingly. The development of advanced manufacturing and producer services need the positive interaction of both. At present, the manufacturing of he Henan province is low-grade, and the producer services develop slowly, and the modern producer services has just started, so the positive interaction of the producer services and manufacturing can drive the upgrade of the manufacturing, building an advanced manufacturing base, adjusting the industrial structure, transforming economic growth mode, taking a new road to industrialization, promoting a leap and large development for Henan province economy.Then, based on the mechanism of the industry association of producer services industry and manufacturing industry, this paper analyze the dynamic factors to enhance the industry association of producer services industry and manufacturing industry: the need of economic development, opportunities for development brought by opening up, the transformation of economic growth mode. In addition, based on the Henan province input-output table 2012, this paper estimates the direct coefficient of consumption, the total consumption coefficient, the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of Henan province producer services industry and manufacturing industry, and the conclusion is that: Henan province manufacturing industry level is low; the development of Henan province producer industry is slow; and there is no the support of talent. Finally, this paper point that: to enhance the industry association of Henan province producer services and manufacturing industry, there is need to provide a good policy environment, help the manufacturing industry upgrade, focus on the development of modern producer services industry and strengthen the human resources strategy.
