With the accelerated development of the economy, the era of network information, the domesticenterprises in the rapid development, but also facing increasingly tough competition, companies mustreduce operating costs, improve operational efficiency with the resources of other companies is difficult toimitate and beyond and competitive advantage, but any business can have all the resources to do the best inall aspects, and therefore must make a choice, to focus on main business, to concentrate on developing theadvantage, and build the core competitiveness. Therefore, the concept of human resources outsourcingcame into being. As a new mode of human resources management, human resources outsourcing in theWest has made a good development, many companies benefit, but have not been well accepted andpromoted in the country and, some companies accept outsourcing, but only the easiest part of the corporatehuman resource management functions, outsourcing, and the concept in-depth study.Compared with the number of outsourcing enterprises, many businesses see the opportunities ofoutsourcing various job sites, the job market, human resources companies have a number of internationallyfamous outsourcing service providers are also stationed in China to seize the domestic market,the generalscale of these large international bodies, stronger, with advanced management philosophy and operatingmode at the same time, after a long period of development and accumulation, they have a rich talent pool,has a better quality of service so whether it is the concept of quality of services, domestic enterprises cannot be compared with international companies.Scholars generally focus on theoretical studies of the human resources outsourcing in terms of themeaning of outsourcing, risk, motivation, role in the implementation of human resources outsourcing therisk and the implementation of the research, pointed out that the business process outsourcing to actively toavoid risks, and better implementation.On the basis of the theory of combing the human resources outsourcing, first expounded themeaning of human resources outsourcing, classification, the theoretical basis of the implementation of themotivation, risk, and human resources outsourcing. Secondly, the development status of the company’s Zand outsourcing services described and put forward the problems in the process of providing services, then for Z Corporation, SWOT analysis, pointing out that the Z company’s strengths and weaknesses and theopportunities and threats facing the last based on this proposed improvement strategies andrecommendations of the Z company human resources outsourcing services.
