People is the most active factor and the most important factor in enterprise.the competition betweenthe enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. facing of new environment andchallenges, the traditional personnel management of enterprises will be replaced by modern humanresource management, the effective management of human resources will become a key competitiveadvantage for enterprise group. The Leader examine his human resources management from thestrategic and organizational decision level, not only can fully play employee’s self-value and potential,but also can greatly inspire the staff to participate in the management of the enthusiasm and initiativeand conducive to the realization of the strategic goal of the company. My company Zhongzhou BranchCompany’s parent company Aluminum Corporation of China Limited established new futuredevelopment strategy in2010, as a subsidiary of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, this articleanalysis its group development strategy from the perspective of strategic HRM, and put forward somesuitable corporate HRM strategy design for the requirements of the development.,This article mainly include the following contents:The first chapter is introduction. This partintroduced the research background, the purpose and significance of research,and also introducedforeign research, research methods, ideas and framework.The second chapter is the strategic humanresource management theory. This part introduced the human resources connotation, strategic humanresource management definition and the characteristic and the relations between business strategy andHRM strategy.The third chapter was Zhongzhou Branch Company’s human resources present situation.The content included Zhongzhou Branch Company profiles, and analysised the structure of humanresources from the quantity, quality, organizational aspects of the Zhongzhou Branch Company, andalso analysised the strategic human resources management present situation, the problem, the talentrecruitment and selection system, the salary, the performance evaluation system, the talent developmentsystem and the culture construction undertook comprehensive analysis of Zhongzhou BranchCompany.The fourth chapter was strategic human resource management design of the ZhongzhouBranch Company. Firstly,this paper introduced the group strategic objectives of the company, and thenmade strategic planning of Zhongzhou Branch Company’s HRM, including the design ideas and principles of Zhongzhou Branch Company’s strategic HRM, the analysis of internal and externalenvironmental factor,the structure of human resources needs and quality requirements planning ofZhongzhou Branch Company.The fifth chapter was the implementation of Zhongzhou BranchCompany’s strategic HRM. In order to implement the plan, Zhongzhou Branch Company shouldoptimize the organization, straighten out the management business processes, stable the staff, optimizethe management process of human resource management act.The sixth chapter is the conclusion andfurther research direction.
