Salary distribution has always been the hot topic of research on humanresource management, not only the theory scholars always enjoy it for itsdiscussion, but also the enterprise management and staff. At the theoretical level,the scholars pay more attention to salary distribution is to promote social andeconomic development play a role; in reality, Salary allocation is not only thegrass-roots staff keen interest, but also the enterprise manager. The grass-rootsstaff on salary distribution problem is always full of anticipation and worry,because it relates to the vital interests of the employees; enterprise managers toseek the best salary distribution can not only retain talent, but also for theenterprise to reduce expenses, the team salary distribution was measured by theirability to manage important ruler.Along with the flexible management of enterprises and the flatteningorganizational structure development trend, the team management has become areality, and in this work team based structure has gradually become an importantform of enterprise interior. The traditional personal salary distribution system hasobviously can not meet the needs of the times, so the team based salarydistribution system will arise spontaneously. Combined with the current80’semployees gradually ascended the career stage, the original management mode,methods are no longer effective, and the team salary distribution contradictionsbecome increasingly prominent. So in this paper we have theoretical andpractical significance to combine, on one hand I hope through literature studyand questionnaire survey, on the other hand, I hope to find out the influence ofthe enterprise after the staff team salary distribution factor, and at last we givethe countermeasure and the suggestion.So we have an in-depth study on the80’s employees’ team salarydistribution. Firstly, the team and the team compensation theory are introduced inthis paper; secondly, we carding the characteristics of the80’s employees, and refine the factors to the80’s employees’ team salary distribution; thirdly,construction of model to the factors of the80’s employees’ team salarydistribution and put forward a theory hypothesis; fourth, with the help of SPSSsoftware on the questionnaire data for system analysis; fifth, Put forward thecountermeasure proposal to the80’s employees’ team salary distribution. Theresult is:1、Job characteristics, personal sense of belonging, help the trust,personal perception have causal relationship with equal distribution;2、Individualcharacteristics, group characteristics, personal sense of belonging, help the trust,personal perception have causal relationship with performance allocation;3、Background characteristics of the differences on team compensation allocationrule plays a different role. In this paper, a systematic and comprehensive level isused to analyze the80’s employees’ team salary distribution, so the research haslots of theoretical and practical value.
