Logistics industry is one of the ten major industries in the national’s "TwelfthFive-Year Plan". It salary system impacts on the profit distribution overall logisticsenterprises. At the same time it also affects their development. All the time since, thedemographic dividend is considered to be an important factor of creating Chinese fasteconomic development. But in recent years the population bonus begins to decay.Based on the AA logistics company, this paper investigated and studied thecompany’s situation. And this paper studied the problems in the AA logisticscompany’s compensation system by position index system. By using literatureretrieval, survey interviews and other methods to collect data, using quantitativeanalysis and qualitative analysis tools, this paper rebuilds compensation factor indexsystem of AA Logistics Company. I look forward to improve economic efficiency ofthe logistics enterprises to improve compensation management system reference forhelp, while giving aspiring peers and scholars for further research in this area toprovide some reference and ideas.The innovation of the paper is to put forward a compensation factor index modeldifferent from the traditional model pure based on position.
