Especially the performance of the M newenergy company.M new energy company, was founded in April2000as a holding subsidiary ofthe central enterprises, mainly engaged in production, R&D and sales of newmaterials, the industry pioneer of a new material, a number of national and industrystandards-makers, has won national scientific and technological progress second prizeof national high-tech enterprises, the national post-doctoral research station, BeijingEnterprise Technology Center. Because of its special background, M new energycompany in the industry better results, but its internal management communication,there is not clear, such as corporate communications objectives, poor corporatecommunication channels, a single enterprise means of communication, unequalcommunication, there is a large number of invalid communication.This article first combination of communication and the communicationmechanism between the theory and research, M new energy within the companymanagement to communicate the status quo and survey data, literature analysis,empirical investigation and analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis ofthe combination of a variety of research methods, and learn from contemporaryscholars of management communication theory, and effective communicationchannels exist for the internal management communication mechanism, the lack of aculture of open communication, lack of oversight mechanisms, lack of managementcommunication and strategic planning to improve thinking, and further improve theideas, the development of management communication and strategic planning to builda corporate culture conducive to business management communication, build aneffective communication network system, the establishment of effective managementcommunication monitoring and feedback system, and measures to ensure the finaldesign of the new mechanism is implemented.
