The Key Influencing Factors Analysis And Promotion Strategy Research On The Development Of Low-carbon Highway Logistics

Low-carbon highway logistics is a modern logistics mode, it is generated in the background of low-carbon economic, which is required in the course of developing economic, also considered comprehensively resource consumption and the effects on the environment. As one of the ten big revitalization industries, the logistics industry is an energy guzzler, the consumption of energy is mainly the fuel of non-renewable energy, and highway logistics is the largest energy consumption mode of all logistics ways. The energy consumption of highway logistics has continued to rise with the expansion of the economic growth, which also caused greenhouse gas emissions gradually increasing, therefore, which makes the industry of highway logistics become the key point of energy saving and emission reduction.On the basis of defining the concept and characteristics of low-carbon of highway logistics, this paper is mainly around the development of low-carbon highway logistics, analyzes the present situation of low-carbon highway logistics finds out the existing problems and causes; and testing the various factors of low-carbon highway transportation and logistics development influence by building the hierarchical analysis model, then study highway logistics low carbon development of strategy. The following are main contents of this paper:Firstly, according to the concept and development requirements of low-carbon economy, puts forward the understanding on the meaning and characteristics of low-carbon highway logistics, then spreads comparative analysis of the relationship between low-carbon highway logistics and green highway logistics.Secondly, through analysis of present situation of development on low-carbon highway logistics, the existing problems and causes of low-carbon highway logistics, calculates and analyzes over the years and the future’s carbon emission of highway logistics, put forwards the necessity of development of low-carbon highway logistics.Thirdly, this paper obtains fourteen relevant factors of developing low-carbon highway logistics by using the way of fishbone diagram analysis, and analyzes the key factors in the current circumstances by using the method of AHP, according to the important degree, the key factors are in order as follows:financial and taxation support on low-carbon logistics, application level of alternative energy, low-carbon technology of highway logistic, low-carbon standard, information level, financial services, laws and regulations, resource integration of highway logistic, organization management, energy-saving highway transportation equipment, industry regulation, low-carbon awareness, infrastructure for transportation, low-carbon personnel;Finally, this paper puts forward the promotion strategies, which based on present situation of development on low-carbon highway logistics, and the key factors of developing low-carbon highway logistics, stating that we can build the interactive mechanism of "operated by enterprises, leading by the government, and supervised by industry", which is an effect way to achieve the development of low-carbon highway logistics.
