Research On The Influence Factors And Performance Evaluation Of Low-carbon Logistics

With the increasingly serious problem of global energy crisis and environmental pollution,The United Nations Climate Change conference has advocated a green and environmental friendly low-carbon economy.More and more countries have recognized and implemented low-carbon economy,and the global low carbon revolution is emerging.Under this background,low-carbon logistics came into being.It complies with the development trend of low-carbon economy,follows the concept of sustainable development,cyclic economy and ecological economy,and has obvious advantages and superiority.However,at present,the development of the logistics industry in China is relatively extensive and the level of specialization is low,which leads to increased energy consumption and environmental pollution.Therefore,low-carbon logistics is the only way for the healthy development of China's logistics industry.The existing researches on low-carbon logistics mainly focus on definitions and characteristics.Most of the research on the influencing factors are qualitative analysis,and there are few researches on performance evaluation.These studies are indispensable for promoting the development of low-carbon logistics.This article takes the influence factors of low-carbon logistics and performance evaluation as the research object.First,the definition and characteristics of low-carbon logistics are given,and the relationship between low-carbon logistics and low-carbon economic,sustainable development,cyclic economy and ecological economy is combed.Secondly,lists the factors influencing of low-carbon logistics,Using the ISM model to perform qualitative analysis and quantitative treatment of the impact factors of low-carbon logistics,clarify the hierarchical relationship of influencing factors,and find out the direct,indirect and deep factors that influence low-carbon logistics,so as to provide basis for the development of low-carbon logistics and the establishment of performance evaluation.Thirdly,to study the performance evaluation of low-carbon logistics,combining the characteristics of low-carbon logistics and the direct influence of the ISM model,select information level,warehousing,transportation,and packaging as the first-level indicators of performance evaluation.Determine and explain the meaning of the secondary indicators,and each of the second-level indicators is classified into input and output indicators.Based on the detailed elaboration of theoretical knowledge of AHP and DEA,a comprehensive evaluation model of AHP-DEA for low-carbon logistics performance evaluation was established.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are illustrated by empirical research,and the improvement measures are put forward for the enterprises with poor performance results,which provide reference for the decision-making management of logistics enterprises.
