The Research Of China Low-carbon Economic Development

In the1980s, the United Nations puts forward the concept ofsustainable development. Sustainable development is to meet the humandevelopment needs.And the future generations development needs willnot be harmed. At present, the important way of sustainable developmentis to develop low carbon economy, because the current global significantthreat is carbon dioxide，which is mainly caused by greenhouse gases ofa global climate warming. China also faces the challenge of low carbontransformation. In future, if China wants to achieve much in low carboneconomy area, it is inseparable for China to research characteristic of lowcarbon economy theory.This paper discusses four parts of low carbon economy developmentresearch. The first part mainly expounds low carbon economy relatedtheory. It may also promotegreenhouse gas emission technology development and utilization. Lowcarbon economy can also direct the whole society economy developmentto the way of low consumption, low carbon and energy efficiency.Secondly it discusses the background and resent research of a low carbon economy at home and abroad. At last it illustrates the relationshipbetween low carbon economy and economic development. The secondpart of the article mainly analyzes the present situation and challenges forChina to development low carbon economy. It mainly includes thenecessity and significance of the present situation for low carboneconomy. It also concludes the pressure and challenges for China’sdevelopment of a low carbon economy. The third part of the article isabout the international experience learning. It mainly analysis theEuropean Union， Japan and other developing countries, also includingdeveloped countries like India as a process of experience and reference.The fourth part discusses the experience and reference for internationaldevelopment low carbon economy. According to current low carboneconomy development in our country, it expounds the countermeasures oflow carbon economy. Including the idea innovation, system innovation,technology innovation and management innovation. This is the specialinnovation of this paper. According to the present development situationof low carbon economy in the world and China, also from China’srequirement reality of economic development, the author’s advice is:firstly, strengthen education of low carbon to publicity and popularize thelow carbon knowledge. Citizens must change their behaviors and fulfillsthe low carbon life. A sustainable way of purchasing is also important.Secondly, establish and perfect the relevant laws, regulations, also establish and perfect the system of science policy system. Breakthrough the key technology.China must positivelydevelop clean energy and alternative energy.Guide enterprise to maketechnology innovation. Fourthly, adjust the energy structure scientifically.Strengthen macro-control; To implement cleaner production technology,and develop recycling economy; Try to be Strict with energy conservationand emission reduction. We should actively promote carbon tradingmarket development.
