Based on analyzing the construct of Hebei Mobile Company’s network integrated resource management system, this paper discusses the problems needed focusing on during the different stages of the enterprise informatization. By analyzing the process of the enterprise informatization, this paper locates the stage of the Hebei Mobile Company’s integrated resource management system in the process of the enterprise informatization. Associated with the enterprise informatization theory, the authors analyze the problems of Hebei Mobile company’s network management integrated the demands of the construction and implementation for the resource management system.
