Study Of Project Management Informatization Via Cost Driving For Large-scale Construction Enterprise

As a result of the complex characteristic of modern large-scale engineering project management and the restriction of traditional management pattern and method, the large-scale construction enterprise is confronting with huge challenge in the process of project management, urgently needing the guidance of a set of management idea, which accords with the project management request. Based on this consideration, related questions of the project management informatization by cost driving for large-scale construction enterprise are discussed in this thesis.
