Study On The Planning And Design Of Eco-Agricultural Tourist Garden Of Chengde Summer & Fishing Village

Agricultural tourism garden, which comes with the acceleration of urbanization, the development of the modern agriculture and the change of people’s consuming attitudes, is a recreational eco-tourism activities combining agriculture with tourism. It is based on the development of eco-agricultural products and integrates many functions as entertainment, farming participating and science education. It is flourish in China these years and have a promising future. The construction of eco-agricutural tourism park significantly helped solving the problem of "Agriculture, Country and Farmers" and improving the all-round, concerted and sustainable development in rural and urban area. So far, in China, the research on this issue is not enough; systemized guiding theories and methods of plan and design are yet to be developed. This paper takes eco-agriculture tourism garden as the research object.Combining multi-disciplinary theory, this paper has studied the planning& design theory and specific design practice of agriculture tourism park which guides by ecological theory by much documents consultation, field investigation and projects practice.There are five parts in this paper:Firstly, this paper expounds the background of the rapid development of tourism agriculture park, the research purpose and meaning, the research progress in domestic and overseas. And it puts forward the research methods.Secondly, it is eco-agriculture tourism park introduction. In this chart, this paper analyzes the related concepts and the generating reasons, developing tendency and developing means of tourism agriculture park, discusses the characteristic and landscape types of the park.Thirdly, this paper put forward the eco-agriculture tourism park planning and design theory which covers the establishment of the theoretical basis, the putting forward of planning concept, the urgency of the planning design of tourism agriculture park with the thorough analysis of the present problems, and the discussion on ways to realize the landscape planning and design.Fourthly, with his spot investigation and practical engineering experience, the writer made a courageous try on the design of Chengde summer & fishing village after systematic study of tourism agriculture park landscape planning and design. Based on the spot investigation of the fishing village, the writer firstly made sure the general situation of planning area, analyzed local tourism culture, confirmed the resource superiority and putted forward planning and design philosophy and principle; Then he made the landscape and tourism project planning including eight division as old fishing village restaurant area, accommodation area, fruit picking area, fish farming and fishing area, the Luan river village area, forest picnic area, Jiangnan region of rivers and lakes Customs area, water recreation area; Then he put forward Plants landscape planning and road planning; Finally, the writer make the benefits estimating and tourism manage strategy position.At last, it drew the main conclusions and proposed recommendations on the inadequacies of the thesis.This paper form the eco-agricutural tourism garden project planning system which includes the theory instruction, theory discussion and specific park detailed design. Meanwhile, the design of Chengde summer & fishing village eco-agriculture tourism garden provided some possible schemes for the park construction and also the real basis for other tourism agriculture park’s planning and design.
