Study On The Planning And Design Of The Northern Agricultural Sightseeing Garden

With the development of our national economy and the improvement of people’s living leve1, the traditional city landscape has been unable to meet people’s needs of leisure, sightseeing an d entertainment. The agricultural sightseeing garden is a new theme park with the agriculture as it s subject. The advent of agricultural sightseeing garden has eased people’s demand for tourism t o some extent.At present, the domestic research on agricultural sightseeing garden is quite broad. For the co nstruction of agricultural sightseeing garden, planning and design theories and methods are not en ough and corresponded. Taking the Northern Agricultural Sightseeing Park as the research objec t, the thesis aims to make a comprehensive comparison analysis from the perspective of element s in landscape architecture constitution and agriculture, and then summarize the role of each elem ent in the planning and design of agricultural sightseeing garden in the north. Combined with mult idiscipline theories and based on a large number of literature analyses and exhaustive field survey s, the thesis thoroughly studies the planning theories and methods of agricultural sightseeing gard en in the north, which starts from the perspective of landscape planning and design and adds proje ct design to it.The thesis is divided into three chapters:The first chapter, summarize the origin, connotatio n, background and significance of agricultural sightseeing garden and its development at home an d abroad, then analyzes the classification and characteristics of the same. Through study of releva nt theories, states problems related to agricultural sightseeing garden clearly and systematically.The second chapter, investigate and analyze some domestic agricultural sightseeing gar den in North China, including Shouguang Mi river ecological and agricultural sightseeing park, Shandong Xueye modern agricultural technology demonstration park, Beidaihe Jifa ec ological agriculture demonstration park, to summarize the gain and loss of these parks, an d study their layout characteristics, plant configuration and road planning. Discuss the exist ing problems of domestic agricultural sightseeing garden, study the application of each gar dening methods and elments in North China agricultural sightseeing garden, summarize the principles of North China agriculture sightseeing park planning and design. The principles are mainly two points:suiting the measures to local conditions and coordinating develop ment. Due to climate reason, plants in the north are seasonal changed, agricultural producti on and crop rotation have greater differences comparing with the south, therefore special a ttention are needed in coordination with the local environment to avoid no sight to see in winter. In addition, according to the cold northern winter characteristics, this chapter al so summaries the plants available for northern agricultural sightseeing garden.The third chapter, take the the northern agriculture sightseeing park planning and design prin ciples as guidance to plan and design the Shahe agriculture sightseeing park in Weifang City. Ref lect those principles through the four aspects of water, terrain, buildings and plants. First of all, an alyze the project site location and its industry positioning to ensure the construction feasibility. O n the basis of the northern agriculture sightseeing park planning and design principles, combinin g the characteristics of local park, the Shahe agriculture sightseeing park is divided into five funci on sections:farming section, vegetable section, flower section, crop production section and fruit a rea section. Based on fully study of local agriculture and customs, this chapter gives plan of attract ions set and road design of each functional region. This design tries to avoid the common problem s of agricultural sightseeing garden, fully embody the regional features, and pursuit the effect tha t the garden is beautiful in scenery, enjoyable and participative in all four seasons.
