As an emerging project that has entered the 21 st century since its establishment as a key driving force for economic development,the information system project received great attention and attention from the party and the government.At the just-concluded 19 th NPC,the industrial and Ministry of Information clearly defined "speed up the implementation of information technology" strategy.However,due to the late development of China's information industry and lack of experience,the gap with the developed western countries is still quite obvious.The key indicator of the level of the information industry is the project management of information systems.However,the information system projects are highly uncertain.Various risks may occur during the implementation of the project.The problems caused by the project often result in the project can not achieve.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of project risk management.Risk management can provide better decision-making support for business leaders and provide more effective monitoring means for business operations.Based on the existing research results of risk management and taking the core system optimization and upgrade project jointly developed by Bank A and B Technology Company as an example,this study analyzes in detail how to carry out risk management in the information system project,summarizes the risk of the project in information system The strengths and weaknesses of management and awareness that any risk factor can not be ignored in risk management.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows: First,the article starts from the concept of risk management and the characteristics of information system project,and elaborates the background and significance of this study.Based on this,the paper further proposes the basic ideas of risk management of information system project,summarizes the risk Management research methods,the original basic theory of the innovation point of this study;second,the information system project,project risk,risk management and other basic theories of the existing results summary statement,come to the risk management of the four elements : Risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,risk response and risk monitoring play an important role in project risk management,and finally point out the significance of risk management.Thirdly,we introduce the background of CSOU corebanking system optimization and upgrade(core optimization and upgrade)Collect relevant information of the project,carry out specific analysis of the project according to the method of risk identification,identify the factors that pose a threat to the project,and identify five risk types of technical risk,management risk,customer risk,organizational risk and external risk,The type of risk identified qualitative analysis and set Analysis and assessment;Fifth,to identify the risk of different risk categories were avoided,transfer,mitigation,retention,dispersion and government prevention and other measures to deal with the crisis;Sixth,the project risk monitoring put forward the implementation method and implementation Program,through the risk monitoring and tracking,information systems project management to achieve a virtuous circle.Based on the analysis of practice cases of an information system project that we have participated in,this study analyzes the actual cases of a certain information system project that oneself experienced,and sorts out some claims and opinions in the risk management field in the project practice,aiming to provide a more appropriate experience for the knowledge theory of risk management of information system projects.To some extent,it plays an active role in deeply exploring the practical application of information system risk management knowledge theory and theoretical perfection and development.
