Empirical Research Of Financial Risk Pre-warning In High Technology Enterprises

With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, China’s enterprises faced greater market opportunities as well as greater risk and crisis, including the financial crisis, one can not be ignored. Companies on the market linked closely .A crisis of single a enterprise can easily effect other enterprises, even the whole market. At the same time, how to protect the interests of the investors and creditors is one of the goals to further improve the market. high-tech enterprises with high risk and high income as well as sensitive to the external economic are supposed to pay more attention to financial management and crisis prevention. To establish an effective early warning system of financial crisis is urgent for high-tech enterprises at home and abroad to deal with the fierce market competition, and to make continuous development and expansion.This paper treats high-tech companies as a starting point, using logistic regression as a research tool to conduct empirical research.The paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the current Financial Pre-warning literature and research results, and described th research background as well as significance of this article; Secondly, in the second part of the paper discusses the theory of financial crisis early warning and early warning mechanisms; Thirdly, third part of this paper analyzed high-tech enterprises, including the financial characteristics and financial risks of the industry; Then, in the fourth part of the financial indicators we used factor analysis and logistic regression to constructe out the financial Pre-warning model of targeted industries, and test the accuracy of the model.Finally, I summarized the findings and pointed out the shortcomings and future research directions in the conclusion of the article.
