China's Listed Companies In The Context Of The Financial Crisis, Financial Crisis Early Warning Empirical Research

China's capital market has gone through a nearly twenty year history until this year, made remarkable achievements in the world. It injected a powerful economic vigor and vitality into China's market, but companies plunged into financial crisis have become ordinary. Particularly, financial crises broke out in the 2008, stock index came down all the way from the 6300 points, to below 1600 points, China's capital market switched from "bull" turn "Bear", many investors suffered heavy losses, fear, meantime, as enormous changes happened in economic development and in the investment environment of China, the number of companies which fell in financial crises increased year by year since 2008. In this situation, the research on financial crises companies is significant.This article is divided into seven chapters, the structure is as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, mainly describes the research background, significance, research methods and innovation.The second chapter is the literature review of the research of financial crisis, mainly presents foreign and domestic scholars which were in the field of enterprise financial crisis research representative study of research methods and results respectively in chronological order.The third chapter includes the definition of the financial crisis and cause analysis of the financial crisis.The fourth chapter mainly presents the theory of companies financial crises, financial distress theory includes normative theory and empirical theory.The fifth chapter is financial distress of listed companies empirical research under the context of the financial crisis. This chapter is the focus of this article. The sixth chapter introduces early warning system of financial crisis for companies unther the context of the financial crisis.The last chapter is about the limitations of this study.
