S company is a foreign company which established on 1998. In its ten years development, the company are always keep improving and focus on products quality and process optimizing.Along with the deepening of world economic integration and the intensified competition of enterprise globalization, it becomes an very important factor that whether the enterprise could establish an scientific system on performance evaluation.Balanced Score Card method become a possible solution to meet the above needs. This kind of evaluation way break the limitation of financial items. It expand the attention to the customer, to the finance, to the internal study and development and also to the internal process optimizing. This will help the enterprise to improve in a balanced way and finally accomplish it’s develop strategy.Through analysis the disadvantage of the current evaluation system of S company, it is been cleared that it is very necessary to indraught the BSC to S reestablish the evaluation system of S company.This article uses investigation methodology and makes a comprehensive elaboration on the basic content and theoretic frame of BSC. from the study of performance evaluation of BSC, we tried to established a new evaluation system based on BSC theory for S company.
