Hydropower maintenance enterprises are specialized in services of hydroelectricmaintenances; their maintenance quality determines whether hydropower stations areable to securely, reliably and economically operate. Meanwhile, Maintenancemanagement of hydropower stations is in general operated by following the projectmanagement model, and having high requirements on the duration, quality and cost ofproject management. With the development of hydropower industry, hydropowermaintenance companies normally carry out multiple projects simultaneously. Highcosts of the maintenance process of professional tools and instruments give strictconstraints on resources.This article first multi-project management, and resource-constrained schedulingtheory and methods, studied the characteristics of small and medium-sizedhydropower station maintenance characteristics as well as hydroelectric power plantsproject management, On the basis of analysis of maintenance of the project processesand Resource Management, Come to the small and medium-sized hydropowerstations is mainly reflected in two aspects of the schedule and resource scheduling.The paper first analyzes the influencing factors of the schedule of small andmedium-sized hydropower stations, Construct a system of small and medium-sizedhydropower station schedule, divided into four levels: the trunk plan, forward lookingplan, resource plan and weekly schedule.
