Research On The Credit Rating Evaluation System And Model For Power Supply Enterprise Customer

The basic situation of water resource in Liangshan continent and the Jinping and Guandi hydropower stations is brirefly introduced in this paper.Combined with the country's new energy adjusting strategies and the actual hydropower development in Liangshan state,the impacts of this project on the local economic development are analyzed by selecting the basic data of Liangshan state "Eleventh Five-Year" Economic Development Forecast and the planning data of Jinping Hydropower Station.First of all,by using the inpur-output model, the positive impacts on GDP in Liangshan state of this project during the period of construction and operation after completion is analyzed,and it can also increase the local financial income.At the same time,by analyzing the industrial structure of Liangshan state,it can be found that the construction of this project palys a positive role in contribute to optimize the local industrial structure.Finally,the promotion of this project in employment and infrastructure in Liangshan state is analyzed based on the characteristics of hydropower projects.
