Sum up domestic and foreign scholar’sresearch results on the consent of enterprise social responsibility, the evaluation indexsystem of enterprise social responsibility and the construction enterprise socialresponsibility. Expound the present situation on construction enterprise socialresponsibility’s fulfillment degree, and analyze the reason from several aspects，including businessman’s nature benefits first, the lake of social responsibilityknowledge，information asymmetry，lag behind of evaluation system, and then putsforward relevant measures. The next according to the characteristics of constructionenterprise and from stakeholders, such as shareholder, staff, consumer, government,environment and disadvantaged groups，state the content of construction enterprisesocial responsibility. According to the choosing rules of evaluation index, determine theevaluation index. Use analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to get allthe indexes weights. Introduce triangle whitenization weight function which belongs tothe gray theory to build evaluation model in Social responsibility. Finally choose atypical construction enterprise for empirical research, this research evaluate thefulfillment of Social responsibility in all aspects. Then expect to establish a set of socialresponsibility evaluation system used for construction enterprise.
