The Research On Financial Shared Services In China

In recent years, as the speeding up of the process of information, Non-adaptability of the financial management with the traditional concept is looming both in traditional theory concepts, intrinsic function, external function, also in terms of organizational structure, operating mechanism, and other, how to spreadscientific and efficient integration of financial resources in all business units and scale runs, are the new problems of financial management is facing. Financial shared service concept and its ’ practice conforms to the trend of the financial reform, and resources to build a broader platform for enterprise consolidation, to upgrade the management level of enterprises, improve the benefits provided enabling support. How to build a Center for China financial shared services,increasingly becoming the focus of theory and practice. Therefore, financial shared services study on localization and related issues have theoretical meaningand practical value.This article undertook a preliminary study on localization of financial shared services implementation. On the basis of grooming at home and abroad advanced shared services and financial shared services, I analysis of the current situation on China’s financial share services, revealed the financial share localization problems in practice. I made a more in-depth analysis on the issue that thepresent mode of organization, location, process design and information supportsystem, put forward for China financial shared service center organization, center location decision, and optimized design process and information support system. On the basic of anglicizing on the existing hardware, software, and staffingissues in the implementation of financial shared service centre, I gave some highlights of practical and actionable recommendations.
