With the global economy developing, the process of the globalization networkquickening and the range of enterprise sales and manufacturing expanding, Globalizationhas become many of the multinational production and sales company main business strategy.To survive in a globalized world economic environment and sustainable development ofmodern manufacturing enterprises must first change the traditional manufacturing model,the use of advanced manufacturing model to deal with the challenges of economicglobalization. Networked manufacturing is becoming an important form of advancedmanufacturing philosophy such as agile manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing.Manufacturing network according to the idea of agile manufacturing, use Internettechnology to establish flexible and effective, mutually beneficial dynamic enterprisealliance. That is, Networked manufacturing is in the support of the network technology, usecomputer networks control and manage the manufacturing resources, and ultimately toachieve inter-enterprise collaborative production. This new manufacturing model canimprove the rapid response and competitiveness. Network Alliance formed in the networkedmanufacturing mode can be rapidly combination of existing manufacturing resourcesbeyond the space constraints, rely on electronic means and the unified command of theoperating entity. The manufacturing resources, including other branch of this enterprisemanufacturing resources and foreign enterprises manufacturing resources are in differentplace, so select the appropriate resources for the subsequent production of high efficiency ina large number of manufacturing resources is very important. At the same time, in order tomeet the rapidly changing market demands, the shop floor level in networked manufacturingenterprises, enterprises must improve the manufacturing process flexibility and agility.Traditional production scheduling system and scheduling method has been unable to meetthe requirements of the networked manufacturing, so how to design a scheduling system anddispatch become the key question to the smooth conduct of manufacturing production.In this paper, on the basis of the elaborate network of manufacturing connotation,researches in two aspects of the workshop resource selection and job shop scheduling,designs a multi-agent system model of networked manufacturing shop scheduling. Firstly,because choice manufacturing resources is very important to networked manufacturingmode, specific analysis the characteristics of plant and equipment resources. Because of theuncertainty and ambiguity of networked manufacturing resources, proposed a optimizationmethod based on fuzzy theory. Secondly, combination of the task agent, resource agent, process agents and four agents of scheduling agents, a Suitable networked manufacturingconcept based on multi-agent shop scheduling architecture model and get a scheduler timingdiagram. Finally, taking into account the characteristics of the distributed networkedmanufacturing equipment across the shop or enterprise distribution, the process route is notunique and the customer competitive scheduling features, combined with the modelingapproach of the traditional job shop scheduling, established a mathematical model for jobshop scheduling based on non-cooperative game, so shop scheduling problem istransformed into solving the non-cooperative game model of Nash equilibrium, usinggenetic algorithm to get the Nash equilibrium of the final scheduling results.In the end of the article, XX diesel engine plant, for an example, the empirical analysisof these studies. The empirical results show that using this method can reduce theprocessing time, improve customer satisfaction and reduce production costs. Optimize theentire production system can obtain near-optimal task planning and scheduling, to ensurethe implementation of the plan robustness.
