Abstract:In networked manufacturing environment, in order to effectively use thedispersive and heterogeneous manufacturing resources, realize networkmanufacturing optimize resource integration, as well as improve the utilization rateof network manufacturing resources and the whole benefit of manufacturing process,this paper proposes a method of networked manufacturing resources optimizingconfiguration for collaborative product commerce. This paper analyzes thecharacteristics of networked manufacturing resources participate in productdesigning and manufacturing under the CPC model and then deeply researches thenetworked manufacturing resources optimization configuration problem such asmanufacturing task, manufacturing resource modeling and matching, the designabout the optimization algorithm, the realization platform of manufacturing resourcesconfiguration and so on.Based on probing the requirement of small and medium enterprises enterprisesfor manufacturing services platform, the key technology of manufacturing resourcesconfiguration for the CPC model networked manufacturing process is analyzed.Aiming to solve the complexities matching problem about the process constraint ofCPC manufacturing task and network manufacturing resources capacity constraints,the manufacturing task and the manufacturing resources expression extension modelare established. Using sufficing capacity degree and matching capability degree ofmanufacturing resources matching with manufacturing task which describes complexquantitative relation of match rule, the formal manufacturing matching schemes aregiven. According to the match schemes, taking minimum manufacturing cost,minimum manufacturing time or minimum unqualified rate as objective functionsand considering the manufacturing task of matter-element decision target constraintsand the manufacturing resource matter-element production constraints, the mathematical model of manufacturing resources optimizing is built. For solving themulti-objective model, based on Pareto-optimal solution immune genetic algorithmis designed. This algorithm is compared with genetic algorithm and the singleobjective immune genetic algorithm, the former algorithm has faster convergencespeed, stronger ability for obtaining Pareto-optimal solutions and better globalconvergence. The Pareto-optimal solutions of the manufacturing resourcemulti-objective optimization problem solved by the immune geneticalgorithm, provide reference for the enterprises making optimal processingroute, thus realize network manufacturing resources dispositionFinally, Based on the research above, the network manufacturingresources configuration platform system under CPC model is developed, thissystem realized order management, manufacturing task management, manufacturingresources management and resource matching and optimization. Moreover thetheories and methods discussed above are applied into a case study about complexproduct networked manufacturing. The system and case confirms the theories and themethods which are stated in the paper are effective and feasible.
