Since the 21st century, the rapid development of networked technology, Networked manufacturing has gradually become one of the main trends for modern manufacturing industry.As logistics becomes a network of manufacturing an important component of modern industry, it impacts the operations management, the costs and benefits, finally the competitiveness of enterprises.How to establish the logistics between enterprises quickly and effectively and develop a networked manufacturing logistics information system has become one of the most important problems in the logistics management field.Based on the development of modern information management system, the paper researched on networked manufacturing information logistics inventory management, virtual inventory control and inventory optimization and scheduling. During the research, the paper solved the technologies of logistics of inventory management and inventory cost control. The article designs system for networked inventory information management, and it is suit for medium-sized military enterprises. The paper researched on the following aspects.(1) Firstly the paper introduces several related concepts and analyzes the disadvantage of logistics management. Finally, the object of the paper is put forward.(2) Based on the principle of information management, the paper designs a logistics information management platform and introduces the module of inventory management. Based on the characters of inventory cost control of logistics and distributed inventory in the logistics supply chain, the paper researches on the distributed inventory management system.(3) The paper establishes a mathematical model for distributed inventory management system based on virtual inventory Co-ordination Center, and researches on the scheduling problem of the system under platform of inventory management. Finally, the model based on virtual schedule center is designed, and is optimize by an improved genetic algorithm (AGA).(4) Having analyzed the requirements of the inventory information management system, the paper designs whole framework of the system and introduces each sub-modules of the management system. (5) After analyzing the safety and the needs of the system information, and base on the structure of B/S, the paper takes ASP and ACCESS to carry out the inventory information management system design. Finally several of the key functional modules are introduced.
