In the knowledge economy, employee training, human resource management in themodern enterprise to occupy an increasingly important position, and the science,effective training is to maintain competitiveness and innovation the foundation andprerequisite. Therefore, improving the level and quality of training is very urgent andnecessary. However, China’s enterprises in employee education and training has manyproblems and errors, the effect is not obvious. This article aims to extend the field ofexisting research education, training status, based on the build out based on the conceptof learning organization under the guidance of the new training mode, with a view toprovide a business reference training ideas.Yanchang Oilfield Co., Ltd. as a local extension of large state-owned oil production,processing enterprises, in the long-term business development process, accumulate awealth of experience in corporate management, but also for local government andsocio-economic development and make an outstanding contribution. This paperconducted a literature review chapter for the commencement of discussion papers tomake bedding. Chapter II of the training model of learning to make a definition for theapplication of learning to training mode theory. Chapter III of the use of empiricalanalysis, based on the questionnaire to extend the field of staff training status andproblems of doing a full range of analysis and diagnosis. Chapter IV on the basis of themeaning and characteristics of learning training model to build extend oilfield learningtraining model. The fifth chapter of the training mode of study design on the frame, usingfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for corporate training organizations for theimplementation of quantitative research and proposed extension of the oil-field learningtraining model to implement safeguard measures. Finally, the extension of oil field on thebasis of case studies, respectively, up from six aspects of learning training modelapplication and diffusion of conditions and actions, for the rest of the industry education and training provide practical guidance.The paper draws the conclusion: The enterprise needs to obtain the considerabledevelopment, unofficial the learning activity and enterprise regular training works thetwo to have the organic synthesis, the enterprise must throughout the study and trainingtook a foundation work and a long-term investment, persist to get down, the enhancementsystem administration, establishes the enterprise own unique and perfect in teaches thesystem, moreover the request enterprise must bear the temper to do personally.
