Analysis In Internal Training Mode Of Jilin Oilfield Company

The competition between the oil enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, the talent advantage has gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development key is the result of how to effectively to train and cultivate the enterprise staff.from the Jilin oilfield company training practice, training mode choice is the most important link in training, is the key link of influence training effectiveness.The author of this article is trying to establish a modern enterprise training system by analyzing the intellectual capital theory,quality management theory,PDCA theory ,and a thorough study of the current enterprise training and its development tendency from the Point of view of an enterprise training administrator, Discussing the defect of current mode, this paper has explore the new internal training mode which will provide assistance for Jilin Oilfield Company of Petro China Company Limited's further improvement.This article consists of the following six sections. The first section introduces the background, purpose and significance of this study,especially the current research situation both at home and abroad. The second section mainly analyses the current condition of the staff training of foreign enterprises and the new theory and tendency of Present training. The three sections analyze the necessity and feasibility of building new internal training mode. The main section of this article comes in the five; the author designs a suit of operative, practicability and feasibility staff training project and the flow chart of staff training for Jilin Oilfield Company. The five section analysis the training effect; the last section makes a summary for the redesign of the employee training for Jilin Oilfield Company.
