Complicated domestic and international competitive environment and emerging energy crisis gave birth to renewable energy development plan. In the renewable energy, PV and wind power development speed is the quickest. Every country in the world put commercial development and utilization of solar PV power generation at an important development direction position. PV industry is becoming the next round of economic growth pole after the international financial crisis. With respect to our country, the formal implementation of the "Renewable Energy Law" on January1,2006, opened the door of China’s PV industry market. The domestic solar PV module production grew more than60%. PV production enterprises have expanded production. Our country has been to the world’s fifth largest solar PV production base.The development of any industry, however, relate to Logistics. Logistics as "the accelerator" of economic development and the driving force behind the industrial society, give profound impact to the economic and social development. So with the new view of system theory and value chain theory to examine PV industry, PV industry and lean logistics can be seen as two similar systems on the same value chain. The mobile value connect the two systems which constitute as an open coupling system, synergy of the system is the key of sustainable development. If we can strengthen this coupling relationship, it is possible to optimize the conditions for PV industry, the way of value creation and mechanism of value delivery. And then promote the development of PV industry. So analyzed the coupling of the PV industry and lean logistics, it is important to accelerate the development of the PV industry.This paper studies PV industry and lean logistics activity, which is to construct the coupling system of lean logistics and PV industry face to the global value chain for the purpose to reduce logistics cost. So that to promote the benefit of the PV industry, and seize the commanding heights of the PV industry development. First of all to this whole article, this paper analyses the related concepts and composition of PV industry chain, uses the Potter’s value chain theory discuss the PV industry value chain, draws PV output curve and the "Smile Curve" figure. Secondly this paper uses Interpretation Structure Model (ISM) to explore the bottleneck of PV industry’s logistics, and analyses logistics demand forecasting content of the PV industry with EXCEL. Moreover, it defines the coupling system of PV industry and lean logistics, summarizes its characteristics and content. At last, this paper points out six evaluation index system over that coupling system, analyses base on gray correlation entropy, and constructs the global value chain of PV industry and lean logistics coupled systems, and then analyses empirically with the coupling system of Jiangxi Province.
