Research On The Planning Of Shunde A Logistics Park Based On The Coupling And Coordination Of Manufacturing Industry And Logistics Industry

Under the background of "Made in China 2025",the coupling and coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the rapid development of logistics industry.Therefore,the coupling and coordinated development of the two industries is the general trend.Shunde,a strong manufacturing region in China,whether the two industries are coupled and coordinated,and how to more effectively link the two industries in Shunde to achieve the coupling and coordination role of manufacturing and logistics in Shunde’s economy?Therefore,the research contents of this dissertation are as follows:First,based on the system coupling theory,a comprehensive evaluation index system was built from the aspects of production scale,industrial operation,economic efficiency,human capital,etc.,and the entropy method and coupling coordination model were used to calculate and analyze the degree and change of the coupling and coordinated development between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry in Shunde in the last seven years from 2015 to 2021.The results showed that the logistics industry in Shunde was relatively lagging behind the manufacturing industry,Shunde’s logistics industry failed to effectively support the development of Shunde’s manufacturing industry.Second,based on the research conclusion that Shunde’s logistics industry failed to effectively support the development of Shunde’s manufacturing industry,combined with the research results of Shunde’s logistics industry,it is found that the current situation of Shunde’s logistics industry is obviously insufficient for the main logistics needs of Shunde’s manufacturing industry.In order to solve the problem of shortage of the logistics industry in Shunde,it is planned to build a large-scale high standard intensive logistics industry demonstration park A(hereinafter referred to as Shunde A Logistics Park).Third,in accordance with the industrial requirements of Shunde manufacturing industry,the overall planning and design of A logistics Park in Shunde was carried out: the park’s functional orientation is industry chain + supply chain + value-added chain of Shunde manufacturing industry;The site is located in Shunde Xingang Economic Zone,which is close to Shunde manufacturing industry cluster and has convenient transportation;The scale of the park is predicted to be 632.98 mu by parameter method;The functional zoning layout of the park is planned.Fourth,it plans the development and construction of Shunde A Logistics Park,adopts the game model of government and enterprise investment park,and chooses Shunde government as the leading developer of Shunde A Logistics Park.The construction division of the government and enterprises is proposed,and the profit model of the park is planned.This dissertation focuses on the planning and construction of the logistics park with the coupling and coordination of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry,and hopes to give some suggestions on the planning and development of the logistics park.As this dissertation belongs to the feasibility analysis of the conceptual planning of the logistics park,the relevant specific functional design,such as the area of the park’s functional zoning has not been calculated carefully,will be further improved in the subsequent research.
