Facing the increasingly nervous energy situation, every country is working to develop new energy, study the advanced transformation technology. New energy must have the characteristics of sustainability, cleaning and large storage etc. In the future development of society, the competition of resources will be the fiercest competition. The lack of petrochemical resources makes adjustment and breakthrough of our energy structure and industrial structure in our country, bring new opportunities to the biomass energy industry.First, the paper describe current situation development of energy and biomass energy in China, points out that although China is one of the biggest energy consumption country, but also not the strong country of energy production. Our country should develop biomass resources vigorously, adjust measures to local conditions, and realize the sustainable development of energy, economy and environment.Second, the part makes the desertification area of Neimenggu as the research object, selects five evaluation indexes, comprehensive analysis ten kinds of raw material based on principal component analysis to, and select the suitable biomass materials.Then, the paper analyze natural environment, resources environment and national policy environment of biomass energy production system in the enterprise, combine the specific circumstance of structure of products, production technology, construct the biomass energy circular economy mode, and make the analysis of utilization of resources, waste treatment and industrial chain extension.Finally, based on life cycle assessment, calculate the energy consumption and emissions for the three kinds of products in the biomass energy circular economy mode of the enterprise, identify the main stage of energy consumption and pollutants discharge, and give the improvement direction. The life cycle of biomass energy is the system process from selecting seeds; mass production to biomass energy use. This paper will be broken down into four processes: raw material production, raw materials collection, biomass energy transformation, production transportation and use.
