Zhejiang Province is one of the provinces with strong economic strength and high energy consumption demand.However,the supply gap is relatively large and the dependence on energy in other provinces is higher,which brings great risks to the energy security in Zhejiang Province.development of.With the increasing attention of the community to environmental issues,how to coordinate the relationship between economy,energy and environment has become an important issue to promote the sustainable development of Zhejiang Province.For Zhejiang Province,the "13th Five-Year" period,to further optimize the energy consumption structure,is to implement the "four revolution,a cooperative" energy development strategy and accelerate the construction of national clean energy demonstration province key period,Two rich "and" two beautiful "Zhejiang construction of the important period.This paper studies the optimization of energy consumption structure in Zhejiang Province,which is based on the strategic goal of sustainable development of economy,energy and environment in Zhejiang Province,and promotes the transition from high carbon energy consumption structure to low carbon energy consumption structure in Zhejiang Province.The main contents of this paper include four parts:First,the analysis of the status of energy consumption in Zhejiang Province and the status of carbon emissions.By analyzing the energy flow,energy efficiency,energy consumption structure and energy consumption intensity of Zhejiang Province,it is found that traditional energy varieties have dominated the energy consumption structure in Zhejiang Province,among which the contribution rate of coal is the highest and the contribution of crude oil Followed by natural gas as well as non-fossil energy.Based on the analysis of the state of gdp carbon emissions in Zhejiang Province,the per capita carbon emission and carbon intensity,it was found that the emission reductions implemented in Zhejiang Province during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period were significant,but were constrained by economic development and carbon emissions The irrational phenomenon in the energy consumption structure is still more prominent.If you continue to implement the existing emission reduction program,Zhejiang Province,"thirteen five" energy planning requirements will be difficult to achieve.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the energy consumption structure under the carbon emission constraint to achieve the strategic objective of coordinating the sustainable development of economy,energy and environment.Second,the impact of energy variety substitution on the energy consumption structure of Zhejiang Province was analyzed.Based on the historical data of 1995 to 2015,it is proved that the use of crude oil and natural gas instead of coal is feasible to optimize the energy consumption structure of Zhejiang Province,and the use of natural gas instead of coal for consumption can significantly reduce the carbon dioxide Emissions.However,based on the current energy endowment in Zhejiang Province,economic strength and technological level,and many other hard constraints,short-term rely on a single low-carbon energy alternative to coal consumption is difficult to achieve.Therefore,to explore the coal,crude oil and natural gas-based energy consumption structure,Zhejiang Province is the future trend of energy consumption structure.Third,the empirical analysis of energy consumption structure in 2020.First,the four constraints of total carbon emissions,total energy consumption,economic aggregate and energy consumption structure are given.Then,a multi-objective decision model based on minimization of total carbon emissions and minimization of external environmental pollution control costs is established.Analysis of energy consumption and consumption structure of energy varieties in Zhejiang Province in 2020.Fourth,put forward to promote the optimization of energy consumption in Zhejiang Province,the policy recommendations.According to the empirical results of multi-objective decision-making model,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of energy consumption structure in Zhejiang Province under the premise of guaranteeing the sustainable development of economy,energy and environment in Zhejiang Province.
