| The article, using the model AEG, VAR model and impulse response function model, through the years of1980-2009, carbon emission, renewable energy consumption, and real GDPper capita, revealed that renewable energy consumption on the influence of the carbon emissionshave certain hysteresis and volatility in short term, but the long term impact lasts long; economicgrowth affected by the renewable energy consumption has a steadily accelerated influence andwith carbon emissions, these two exist a long-term fluctuation relationship; renewable energyconsumption has a drastic influence, in the short term, on economic growth, however in the longrun impact is smaller, the reason is China’s renewable energy consumption ratio is low and thetraditional energy consumption structure obstruct the effects of impact. Renewable energyconsumption affected by economic growth has a volatile effect firstly and steady effect latter. Theaccelerated impulse effect of renewable energy consumption, we can see, is negative, from carbonemissionsRenewable energy plays an increasing role in China and the relationship with energy carbonfootprint will benefit the energy structure and industrial grading. By the perspective of industrialstructure and carbon emission intense, so, industrial structure is divided into three parts includingprimary industryã€secondary industry and tertiary industry and VAR model and Impulse ResponseFunction model are used to discuss the dynamic relationship between three industries energycarbon footprint and renewable energy, using the relative data from1980to2009, which passedthe unit test and Cointegration Test. There are results as follows: the response of primary industryis the fastest and the extent of secondary industry is the biggest; renewable energy consumptionaffected the secondary industry presents the positive and negative effect, with short action; thethree industries have the relative similarity after time16.Finally, the dissertation presents policy suggestions and countermeasures from thethree aspects, accordingly. |
