The development of Camping as a recreational destination adapts tocharacteristics of the era of experience economy and the self-driving tourism era.Itnot only reflects new consumer demand of tourists, but also shows the changing oftourism product structure in our country.A large number research works of domestic and foreign, which related to tourismexperience, tourism experience and visitors experience, proved the gradually comingof experience economy era. In the background of experience economy era, tourismbecoming the main industry owning to its nature and the demand generation andtourism consumption behavior are changing. Tourists pay more attention to the pursuitof personalized and with higher value of experience, hope to feel the value of tourism.In addition, car-camping emerges as the self-driving tourism era’s require,because of self-driving travel continues to rise in recent years of domestic. More andmore city residents like to camp by car by themselves, the car as a travel tool, duringtheir leisure time. With the continuous development of self-help tourism, more andmore people choose to camp in the great outdoors, so the development of camp t hasbeen unable to hold oneself back. But the campgrounds’ development processes haveencountered a series of problems, especially under the background the new times oftourists experience oriented. It is worth us to research and seek the way how to makethe campground meet the tourists’ changing demands.Therefore, this paper based on domestic and foreign research papers and otherrelevant literatures, and then tries to tell the coupling relationship between thecampground further more. Focus on the development mode of developed campground,under the guidance of tourists’ experience. Further research shows the developmentconstruction of campground conforms to the era of experience economy, whichemphasizes the trend of tourist experience. Finally, take the northern foot of Qin LingMountains of Xi’ an as an case, and on account of the worrying situation of productstructure and characteristics of consumer groups to prove the development ofcampground is the considered way to make the tourism Sustainable development of this area. Furthermore, put forward the perspective of development strategy of campin this area.
